My name is Becky Pearce and I am a Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist.
I have been working in this specialist field of physiotherapy for over 20 years. My extensive clinical experience in a variety of community and acute settings, covering all age groups has provided me with the knowledge and skills needed to confidently assess and treat children with physical needs.
I feel strongly that children, no matter how mild or complex their physical difficulty should be able to access high quality physiotherapy treatment, advice and support when required.
My specialist areas are paediatric neurology and developmental physiotherapy.
I worked for the NHS for 20 years and have a good working relationship with the local NHS paediatric physio teams.
I have been working independently for 6 years. As well as running Hampshire Children's Physiotherapy I am part of the specialist team of paediatric neurology physiotherapists at Hobbs Rehabilitation and lead the Children's Paediatric Neurology and Developmental Service at Spire Hospital Southampton.
I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, Health Care Professionals Council and Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapist.
